Homeowner Defense Fund is a Montana 501(c)(4) social-welfare organization (a Montana nonprofit public benefit corporation). We are dedicated to public education, civic engagement, and advocacy on the issues that affect homeowners, families, taxpayers, and property rights across Montana.

Public education on property rights, property taxes, and homeowner protections
Civic engagement and plain-language resources on housing, land-use, and tax policy
Advocacy for fair, transparent treatment of Montana homeowners and taxpayers
